Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. The email address provided at registration must be associated with your CPAP.com account at time of prize collection or your account will be created for you during the prize selection process. You may create a CPAP.com account here and we encourage you to do so while you wait for the winner announcement. Keep your email address and contact phone number current within your CPAP.com account. If you are selected as a winner and we cannot contact you by email, you forfeit your winners status. Lack of response to the winner notification email within 48 hours of time of send will constitute giveaway item forfeiture. Make sure your email spam filters do not prevent us from contacting you.

Three winners will be selected and announced on May 1, 2024. The prize of an AirSense™ 11 Auto  has an average fair market value of $1,000. The odds of winning vary from sweepstakes to sweepstakes due to the number of entrants and the quality of entries. All drawing winners will be notified once by email and will be given detailed instructions on next steps for prize collection. If we cannot reach you by email and no response is received within 48 hours, the winner forfeits his/her sweepstakes item. The decisions made by CPAP.com regarding each sweepstakes are final and binding. Winner will be selected at random from qualified entrants by a randomized selection process.

If an email returns undeliverable, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the sweepstakes item. While we do send emails requesting follow-up information to each winner, CPAP.com assumes no responsibility to ensure winner response. The winner must return a fully completed IRS W-9 form to CPAP.com within 14 days of winner announcement and/or contact; otherwise, the winner will be disqualified. CPAP.com will not ship the prize to the winner until the IRS W-9 has been properly completed and returned to CPAP.com.

For CPAP machine sweepstakes, a valid CPAP Machine prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection or winner must provide a valid prescription within 2 weeks of winner selection. For CPAP mask sweepstakes, a valid CPAP mask prescription must be on file at the time of winner selection or winner must provide a valid prescription within 2 weeks of winner selection. CPAP.com will not ship the prize to the winner until a valid prescription has been provided to CPAP.com. Sweepstakes entrants must have or open a CPAP.com account in order to submit their current CPAP prescriptions. All taxes on any sweepstakes item won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize(s) (or any portion thereof), if applicable. All sweepstakes items will be mailed to contiguous U.S. participants free of charge. CPAP.com reserves the right to cancel sweepstakes at any time for any reason. CPAP.com reserves the right to modify the dates and/or terms of sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. CPAP.com reserves the right to substitute alternate sweepstakes items of equal or comparable value. sweepstakes items are offered "as is'' but include standard warranty where applicable. CPAP.com is not responsible for replacing prizes as a result of damage prior to, during or after shipping or events beyond the control of CPAP.com. CPAP.com is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries. In the event that a sweepstakes is canceled prematurely for any reason, CPAP.com will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner, but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the sweepstakes item(s) will not be awarded. In the event no sweepstakes entrants submit an appropriate and valid prescription by the conclusion of the sweepstakes, the sweepstakes item(s) will not be awarded. CPAP.com reserves the right to deny exchanges at any time. CPAP.com allows only one sweepstakes item per customer, unless otherwise stated. CPAP.com only accepts returns on sweepstakes items if it is due to a manufacturer defect. In the event of a return, the customer must pay for all shipping and handling. Employees of CPAP.com, participating sponsors, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. Sweepstakes entry constitutes permission to publish the first name of the winners and their state of residence on CPAP.com and affiliated websites without further compensation or notification. CPAP.com will not publicize any other personally identifiable information derived from this entry form. Furthermore, entry constitutes permission to archive your winning entries indefinitely on any webpage on this website. Sweepstakes entrants agree that the sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning sweepstakes and interpretation of sweepstakes rules are at the sole discretion of CPAP.com, its owners, and its staff. Sweepstakes entrants agree that the American Arbitration Association shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to the sweepstakes sponsored by CPAP.com, should any part of this agreement not be legally binding.
